Our goal is to provide excellent quality dishes prepared with love and joy and offered in the knowledge that your dining experience is also good for your health and wellbeing.
The take out kitchen is being designed to make ordering simple and convenient. Our menu will have basic dishes which will always be available. Each month we will post the dishes which will be added each week and rotated on a monthly basis......for instance, you will be able to see which dishes will be available in which weeks in addition to the basic menu.
If you are interested in special items for special occasions then it will be considered as a catering and pricing will be adjusted accordingly. For large orders we must have 48 hours notice.
As we develop this idea, we will offer our menu items on a take-out basis and you can pick up your order by 4 pm ---the orders must be placed by 4 pm the day previous to pick up, If your order is placed either on-line or by phone, it must be done by 4 pm the day before you pick up your order. Your order will be fully cooked and will only need to be heated. Heating instructions will accompany each item. You may pay on-line by credit card or pay by check, cash, or credit card upon pick up.
The take-out kitchen is located at 234 Terry St. in Longmont, CO. three doors north of the Central Post Office. Parking is limited so to expedite your pick up, phoning just before you arrive will help us to deliver your order to your car.
It is our hope to have everything in place to begin serving you by December 1, just in time for your holiday events. We will make every effort to describe the menu items, but if you have questions please call us or e mail us for specific information.
